Scubahaus, which began as Malibu LTD in 1965 was started by Mike Deleau, a surfer and a diver. Mike took on diving as an addition to surfing.

In 1967, Mike partnered with Barry Snewin, and they opend a store in Van Nuys, as well as our existing SCUBA and swim store in Santa Monica. In the early ’70′s, Rocky Stickel took over Scubahaus, and has been operating it ever since.

Scubahaus specializes in SCUBAPRO/UWATEC diving equipment, but also offers competative swimwear and accessories. We offer all levels of SCUBA certification including Instructor, primarily as SSI courses, but NAUI and others are offered by request.

Air fills, Nitrox, and Scuba Rentals are available.
